We had a wonderful day on Saturday 18 May for the 11th annual Sowerby Scorcher. There were over 130 entrants and lots of supporters to see them off and encourage them back across the finishing line at the Community Centre. We’d like to say a big thank you to all who took part, many of whom are now regulars to the event, and of course to the team behind the event – the registration team, timekeepers, marshals, catering team and all who do their part, big or small, to make it such a well organised event.
